Laura Turini lecturer at the Higher Educational Course In Intellectual Property and IT

I’m happy and honored of the assignment received as lecturer at the Online Higher Educational Course in “Intellectual Property, Law and Information Technology” of Accademia Europea.

Together with important colleagues, we will cover the latest news relating to intellectual property, stimulating the focus on cutting-edge themes.

My first lesson, which will take place on 30 November 2022, will focus on trademarks in relation to domain names and the use of a brand on the internet. The presence of an entrepreneur on the internet is more and more important for every company and professionals must know how to defend and strengthen it.

The second lesson will take place on 7 December 2022 and will be about patents and license contracts. Particular attention will be dedicated to know-how protection and NDA agreements (Non-disclosure agreements), important tools in the competition between companies.
