Giulia Mugnaini graduated in 2013 with the thesis “The violation of the right of a trademark between competitive offense and forgery”. In 2015 she qualified as attorney at law and the year after started her collaboration with Studio Turini in industrial and intellectual property, dealing in particular with the protection of trademarks and designs. In 2019 she attended the Convey course for the qualification as trademark advisor.
