Laura Turini

Laura Turini is an attorney arguing in front of the Supreme Court. Since 1993 she has been dealing with patents, trademarks, copyright and new technology rights.

She founded Studio Turini, one of the most dynamic organizations in the IP field.

Besides being an attorney, she has qualified as IP advisor (1307BM) after having passed the qualifying exams for patents and trademarks

She is a journalist and she worked with IlSole24Ore, Millionaire, InternetNews and RAI. Today she is the chief editor of the online magazine Brevettinews.it.

She is an expert in domain name recovery and was one of the first attorneys dealing with domain name recovery and Internet Law, publishing one of the first monographs on this topic in the year 2000.

Studio Turini has also been one of the first certified companies able to resolve litigation on .it domain names.

Laura Turini has many publications and teaches in Master and training courses for the Lawyer Register, Confindustria, Chamber of Commerce, Architect Register, Engineer Register.

She has a degree in mediation and has attended many international specialization courses. She counseled many clients in IP mediations.

She attends regularly specializing courses in new technologies, among which the courses of University of Milan in:

  •  Legal Tech, Coding for Lawyers, AI and Blockchain
  •  Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and platforms.

Today she teaches patents, trademarks and design at the IED (European Institute of Design).
